We have made it very easy to send your show or program video, trailer and poster image. It is import to know that we can not receive any content if you have not already purchased or have renewed your currently owned time slot subscription.
1. Once you have made your payment through our Time Slot Management platform. You will receive an email with instruction with our dedicated link to WeTransfer account.
2. Make sure that you use the same email address that you registered during the time slot purchase process. If you use a different email it will slow the process for our schedule team to find and process your show or program for streaming. You will be able to send up to 20 GB of video at a time.
3. Look for a confirmation email that lets you know that we have received your video.
